We help to support families in our community by providing them with referrals to services and programs.

We partner with community programs and families on their child’s development to ensure they are prepared to enter kindergarten.

Family Partners serve as the primary liaison between families and programs in order to provide additional direct support as well as the facilitation of developmental goal setting plans.
