About Johany:

I have over 20 years of experience as an early childhood educator, working closely with children and families from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Throughout my career I have accompanied children with different learning styles and paces, implementing multiple pedagogical approaches as support tools, including the Montessori method.

My educational practice is characterized by flexibility and the ability to adapt, constantly adjusting strategies to the individual needs of each child. This experience has allowed me not only to enrich my work as an educator, but also to continuously learn from both children and their families.

Thanks to this journey, today I can offer more comprehensive support, supporting families in the development and well-being of their children during their first years of life.

Teaching Philosophy:

My educational philosophy and mission is based on respect, individuality and exploration. I firmly believe that each child learns at their own pace and that my role as an educator is to provide a safe, loving and stimulating environment where they can develop fully. In my FCC program, I integrate play as the main driver of learning, fostering children’s natural curiosity and offering meaningful experiences that strengthen both their academic and social-emotional development.
