About Virginia:
I worked as an educator in Colombia for six years and as an assistant in various Family Child Care for one year. Currently, I have been an educator in my own Family Child Care for two years. My motivation is to support mothers in parenting, providing love, respect, security and education to the children I care for. My goal is to create an environment where children can grow emotionally and academically, fostering a love of learning and cultivating social and emotional skills.
Why do you love early education?
I love early education and specifically family child care programs because I believe they are fundamental in the formation of children in their first years of life. These programs offer a warm and welcoming environment where children can receive individualized and loving attention. Additionally, family child care programs allow for a closer relationship between the caregiver and children, fostering a sense of security and trust in the educational environment. This personalized connection facilitates more meaningful learning and comprehensive development in children. In short, family child care programs are special because they provide a loving, nurturing environment that lays the foundation for a successful and happy future.
