About Carmen:

I have been teaching for over 7 years. I became an educator because I was inspired by teaching children through play. I work with infants until age 5. The children become part of my family. Each child that comes thru my door is very happy because they feel like a part of my home. I nurture and teach children about belonging.

Educational Philosophy:

I am a play-based educator and teach basic life skills before kids leave my program like putting on shoes, eating by themselves, and using the bathroom. I also teach colors, letters, shapes, writing their name, numbers.
